Let's try and get a new thread going on the forum, similar to on the F.R.A. forum called training.
Right, the idea is to say what you've been doing in training, so I'ii go first.
Today I did just over an hour on the tops, middle bit of leg one Mary Townley loop ,then from Cliviger up to the top of Thieveley Pike ,then back on the Townley loop to sunny Water.
You got the idea then? o.k. you have a go.

Half marathon route plus a bit totalling approx 14 miles. Last long-ish one prior to Stratford marathon. Had to do it on my own as training partner Hugh has a cold

| First run back last night after 10 days off with chest infection. Me an Rod did the 6 mile loop from ours up to Rising Bridge and back. Cough made it 'colourful'. Didn't bother with body cover or head torch though. |
