| Done this race a few times, did it last year (as did Sharon)We had hailstones on the day and snow on top. Its a unimaginitive course for a lakes race as it is out and back same way. If you havnt done it before its worth running but be prepared for the steepest ascent/descent to be found on any fell race. The descent is on steep grass and is a killer !....wear your longest studs....... |

Well done to all who ran today, the wind was horrendous which made running hard going.
What a cracking race though and the cake at the end was the best too. |
