A few of us are thinking of doing the 3 day event,
Friday 13th june 6 mile road race,
Sat 14th 6 mile trail,
Sunday 15th 6 mile knowl hill fell race, which is also one of the grand prix races.

Words of advice. The road race starts on a hill. Warm up properly. I didn't last year and aductor injury cost me 8 weeks out and £100 in physio.

Think about pre-entry as well ,we were first team one year ,but they didn't want to give us the prize 'cause I entered all 3hree races on the day.

I wouldn't bother too much about the closing date, i think its only to order the t-shirts for doing all three races, i can ring them later if u want,
