Another Fergie foray into pain and despair again last night.
2 mile warm up followed by 1000m with 90 sec recovery followed by 500m flat out with 3 min recovery at the end. Did this 4 times with 1 mile warm down at the end.
How'd the ramble go?

| the yorkshireman marathon and half marathon is taking place on the 14th september from haworth,it is a very well organised event with a hot meal and refreshments included at finish, you can run solo or as a pair(sharon and richard was second mixed pair last year)last year we had about 10 runners from rossie,it is a really scenic event mainly on tracks and no bogtrotting,if anybody fancys a go now is the time to start training for it,i am going to have a long off road run from marl pits sat morning 9.30 if anyone interested, even the roadies could cope with this one |

Fergie's session tonight was 12 X 400 metres with 45 secs recovery. Tough enough but made harder by Divine setting the pace just five days after her Swiss mountain marathon |
