1. Disclaimer
Rossendale Harriers & Athletics Club are not responsible for the content of this forum. Any views expressed here are those of the individuals using this forum and not those of the club itself.
2. Keep It Friendly
We would like to create a family-friendly environment on this forum. Please refrain from posting lies, rumours and insults.
3. No Bad Language or Obscene Material
Please aim for a PG / pre-watershed rating on the forum, so please do not use bad language. This includes the creative use of ASCII characters such as !@#$%^&*().
Do not post questionable or suggestive material, and do not post links to such material. Doing so will result in being banned from the forum. Posts containing inappropriate links or material will be deleted, and the User responsible will be banned.
All IP addresses are logged, so do not open up more than one user account to use to abuse the forum or other users. Users opening more than one account will be banned from the forum.
4. Don’t Post Personal Details
Avoid posting personal details such as your phone number, date of birth or address on this forum.
5. No spamming
Don’t waste your time, and everyone else’s, by posting Spam on this forum. It will be deleted. Persistent spammers will be banned from the forum.
6. DON’T SHOUT!
PLEASE DON’T LEAVE YOUR CAPS LOCK ON! MANY PEOPLE FIND IT ANNOYING!
7. Seek and You Might Find
Try doing a quick search before starting a new thread, as a similar thread may already exist elsewhere on the forum. This can save time and space in the long run.
8. Keep On-Topic
Try to keep threads On-Topic, as it can be frustrating for the original poster if someone comes along and hijacks their thread. Start another thread if necessary.
9. Advertising
Keep any buying, selling and trading to the Buy / Sell / Trade forum. Excessive advertising will be removed at the Moderators’ discretion.
10. Don’t be a Bandwidth Hog
Hard as it is to believe, not everyone has broadband. Please limit the size of your avatar to 100x100 pixels, and do not include large files in your signature.

Some names I can work out, but others could be Keyser Soze for all I know... |
