Just to say how good it is to see Rossie vests at races up here and find that Rossie runners are still as friendly as they used to be - even to me !! If any of you know an 8 year old lad Thomas Nelson just tell him how good his Granddad Dave used to be. OK so lie through your teeth. !!! Hope to run out with you lot again some day. For the lady who wants to do Snowdon marathon next year - do the Langdale half this September.
